All initial enquiries for lost property are now dealt with using the form below, which should be completed in full.
Please remember to state exactly which service or school contract you were travelling on, and also include your approximate time of travel.
Enquiries are aimed to be dealt with within 3 working days of receipt. In all cases we will reply to your request.
If you are notified that your item has been found, you will need to advise us of when you are able to collect so we can release the item from our lost property storage unit.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5.30pm.
All lost property that is found is logged in daily at our depot and is held for 3 months. Any items not claimed within 3 months will be disposed of or donated to charity.
