Company Complaints Policy

At Paul S. Winson Coaches, customer service is a priority and complaints regarding our delivery standards are taken seriously.

In the event of a complaint about the company 's services, the client should submit their complaint in writing either by post or by email (Details Below).

The company will acknowledge all complaints within 7 day of receipt and reply fully within 14 days.
