A Christmas themed 2 day break that includes a Friday matinee performance of the Thursford Christmas Show before travelling to the 4* The Pheasant Hotel, Kelling, near Holt.On Saturday we will make a short stop in Holt, in the pretty winter wonderland of Norfolk before making a longer stop in Stamford. We should arrive back at our first drop off point around 5.15pm/5.30pm.PLEASE NOTE: Due to the unsuitablility of Wisbech for passengers in 2025 we have changed our stop to Stamford. The only alternative would be KIngs Lynn but drop off points are difficult and the town is similar to Wisbech in places.
The 4* The Pheasant Hotel, Kelling near Holt, is a Georgian country house hotel, located in a tranquil setting in the Norfolk countryside. Ideally placed, it is situated within a 30 minute transfer time from Thursford. The hotel is surrounded by country gardens, where several species of birds nest in the grounds. A short travel distance from a wealth of historic villages and also benefitting from the outstanding natural beauty of the North Norfolk Coastline, right on it's doorstep. All 32 individually designed country style en-suite rooms offer all the facilities to make your stay as blissful as possible.
Where possible comforts breaks are made at a destination/location and not service stations.A detailed itinerary with further information and luggage labels sent out 3/4 weeks before travel.On the return journey the first drop off will be around 5.15pm/5.30pm(The above itinerary may be subject to change due to traffic/weather conditions/availability of entry etc.)
