Trip Description

York a place of culture & historical wealth, in a superbly preserved medieval city. View stunning architecture at York Minster, go back in time at the Yorvik Viking Centre or explore 300 years of history at the National Railway Museum. Our visit coincides with York Christmas Market.

Harrogate is a boutique spa town, renowned for its quality shopping, floral beauty, Victorian Pump Room, Royal Baths and Bettys Tearoom. With a Spa heritage dating back from the Victorian 1800’s you can still visit the original Turkish Baths in the iconic Royal Baths building in the centre of town. It is renowned for its smart tearooms and classy cafés. Betty's Tearooms was established in Harrogate in 1919, where queues can be seen for Afternoon Tea and their celebrated shop every day.
