Buxton - a thermal spa town nestled in the centre of the Peak District. It's stunning ornamental gardens and world-famous Georgian and Victorian architecture, provide an impressive backdrop in this popular tourist destination.  There are many independent shops and cafes plus attractions including the Pavilion Gardens and the Buxton Opera House.

Buxton Crescent Experience - an attraction set within a Grade II listed Crescent building, finishing at the Pump Room. Nine themed rooms spanning more than 10,000 years of history.  At the sunken oval pool, where the 5000-year-old mineral water still rises from the ground, receive a souvenir glass bottle to ‘take the water’ from this historic well to take home.
